I. WARRANTY POLICY

1. For household pulling products:

- Products are warranted under the following conditions:

  • Customers have a purchase invoice from one of DAESUNG's official dealers.    
  • The product is within the warranty period, calculated from the date of purchase.

- Warranty period: 12 months from the date of purchase

- Cases not covered by warranty:

  • Products that have exceeded the warranty period specified by DAESUNG.    

  • Products damaged due to user error.    

  • Malfunctions that are not within the manufacturer's warranty scope.

- Warranty process:

  • Customers please bring the product and purchase invoice to the selling dealer or contact DAESUNG directly.
  • DAESUNG will retrieve the product, inspect, identify faults, and respond to customers within 7 working days from receiving the warranty request.

2. For hair-cutting products:

As per the Warranty Policy of the brands, all Genuine products come with a global WARRANTY CARD or BOOKLET valid for the period specified by each brand. Each WARRANTY CARD or BOOKLET is issued with each product sold only once and is not reissued in any form.

2.1. Warranty

  • Warranty is only valid when the product has an official accompanying WARRANTY CARD or BOOKLET, which contains complete and accurate information such as: product code, product serial number (if any), place of purchase, purchase date. The WARRANTY CARD or BOOKLET must be stamped by the authorized official Dealer or Retail store and must be within the warranty period as specified by each brand.

  • The warranty period is calculated from the purchase date stated on the WARRANTY CARD or BOOKLET and is not extended after the expiration of the warranty period specified by each brand, according to the general standard warranty period of the product, usually 12 months (01 year), except for other special commitments.

  • Only manufacturing defects identified as the manufacturer's fault are covered under warranty.

2.2. Non-warranty

  • No warranty for normal wear and tear over time and aging due to usage for non-hair-cutting products, except for technical faults notified by the manufacturer.    
  • No warranty for indirect consequences of improper use by the user, such as cutting non-hair objects, impacts, etc.    
  • No warranty for products repaired at unauthorized repair centers or self-repaired by customers.    
  • No warranty for products damaged due to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, or intentional damage.
  • Expired warranty.

3. Lost warranty card - expired warranty

In case of a lost WARRANTY CARD or BOOKLET, please contact us immediately for assistance. We only support valid WARRANTY CARDS or BOOKLETS within the warranty period as specified, but lost, and do not apply to expired WARRANTY CARDS or BOOKLETS.

Keep the sales invoice for reissuing the WARRANTY CARD or BOOKLET.
