Heat Treatment Machine Used in Scissor Forging Process

The heat treatment machine is the latest technology used in the scissor forging process. Its operation is based on the principle of applying heat through stages, heating the material to its melting point to mold it into basic shapes, followed by cooling and shape fixation. 

After the heat treatment process, the scissors take on their initial form before undergoing further grinding, finishing, and assembly. Most scissor products on the market today require heat treatment, which helps save labor costs and shorten production time.

Increasing Output by Up to 30%

Previously, the Daesung factory operated two heat treatment machines continuously but still needed to outsource heat treatment to other workshops to ensure a steady supply of products and uninterrupted business activities. This also helped the factory control quality and minimize production risks. 

With the addition of the new heat treatment machine, the factory is expected to increase production by 30%, preparing to boost product distribution across all 63 provinces in the country. 

In 2024, Daesung plans to export large orders through distribution agents in several countries and via the global Amazon sales channel. This is a crucial initial step that Daesung's leadership has implemented at the beginning of the second quarter of this year.

Reducing Production Costs, Enhancing Price Competitiveness

All products under the Daesung brand are made from high-grade, imported specialty steel to ensure high quality and maximum durability. However, the high cost of raw materials and capital raises the question of how Daesung can remain competitive in terms of pricing.

Increasing production capacity and reducing initial capital costs while maintaining product quality is Daesung's strategy to withstand market competition. This approach is essential in the context of an economic revival, with many businesses returning but consumer demand still recovering slowly.
