Daesung Factory Hiring 18 Workers And Engineers In 2024

At the start of this year, the Daesung factory is ramping up recruitment, adding 18 essential positions to meet the demands of expanded production and to prepare for the 2024 business plan.

Introduction to the Daesung Factory

The Daesung Factory, under Tiến Gia Joint Stock Company, boasts over 15 years of experience in the cutting tool manufacturing industry in Vietnam. Located in Hưng Yên Industrial Park, the Daesung factory spans 6,000 square meters and employs nearly 100 staff members who work continuously to ensure production. Since its inception, Daesung has established itself as a leader in production capacity and product quality, maintaining optimal cost efficiency.

Daesung prioritizes product quality and customer experience as the main goals in its sustainable development journey, based on competitive pricing and market consumption capacity. Key principles at the Daesung factory include:

- Utilizing high-grade steel imported from Japan, specialized for knife and scissors production.

- Equipping the factory with modern technology and machinery to reduce manual labor, easily control quality, and minimize risks.

- Combining modern machinery production with manual finishing processes.

- Continuously updating trends, enhancing technology, and improving designs to ensure perfection before products leave the factory.

Currently, the Daesung factory focuses on producing and processing various types of kitchen knives, garden shears, sewing scissors, office scissors, and professional hairdressing scissors. Each product line features multiple designs tailored to different usage functions.

Workforce Expansion & Production Capacity Enhancement

For the 2024 plan, Daesung targets a 150% growth, with 85% of revenue from household knife and scissor products and 15% from hairdressing scissors. Consequently, production capacity, including both output and workforce, needs to increase by 1.5 times compared to the previous year to meet annual consumption demands.

At the beginning of Q2, Daesung added heat treatment machines and other necessary equipment, simultaneously initiating a recruitment drive for workers and engineers to fill vacant positions. The goal is to complete recruitment and begin training by mid-Q2, ensuring smooth operations by the end of the quarter.
