Daesung Participates In The Vietnam International Trade Fair - VIETNAM EXPO 2024

On the morning of April 3, 2024, the 33rd Vietnam International Trade Fair - VIETNAM EXPO 2024 was officially inaugurated at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center. Daesung's participation in the event is crucial in its goal to export its branded products to the international market.

Representatives from the organizing committee together pressed the button to kick off the event.

VIETNAM EXPO is an annual trade promotion event organized since 1991 by Vinexad Company in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and the Trade Promotion Agency, aimed at connecting domestic and international enterprises to explore and promote trade cooperation between countries.

Over more than 30 years of implementation, VIETNAM EXPO has become an important bridge - where Vietnamese enterprises promote and introduce their products to the world market. It is also a destination for global trade promotion organizations and international businesses to seek business cooperation and investment opportunities in the Vietnamese market.

VIETNAM EXPO 2024 this year attracted nearly 500 enterprises from 16 countries and territories. Notably, the presence of four major powers: India, South Korea, Russia, and China, with large-scale booths, demonstrates the attractiveness of the Vietnamese market in attracting investment and promoting sustainable foreign trade cooperation. The event is estimated to attract about 20,000 visitors.

5 diverse and distinctive industry groups in line with development orientation

The event focuses on introducing 5 main industry groups with great potential associated with development orientation in the near future, including:

- Vietnam Export Promotion & Investment Pavilion

- International pavilion

- Electronics and machinery equipment & Supporting Industry

- Digital technology and E-commerce

- Food industry.

Among them, the International Pavilion is considered one of the sharp directions in the export target in 2024. The participation of 71 booths from provinces and cities in the country here will promote the strengths of agricultural and industrial product manufacturing with an open policy to enhance distribution as well as expand cooperation with international enterprises.

Innovation and online connectivity meet the digital age

Online B2B trading connection is the innovation focus of Vietnam Expo this year. In addition to traditional trade promotion activities, after the fair, international organizations can continue to explore and connect online in a flexible and easily accessible manner throughout the year.
